Subscriptions are managed by Google Play, not inside the app. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Most questions are answered below. For anything else, email us from the address on your account and include your phone model and app version from Settings → About.
Restore a purchase
Sign in with the same Google account you bought Pro with, then open Settings → Pro → Restore purchase. Pro unlocks on every device that uses that account.

Refunds are issued by Google Play under its refund policy and your local consumer law. Request one from your Play order history; we will support the request if Google asks us.

Build an audit pack for any certification from its cycle page, or export your whole ledger as CSV from Settings → Data. Both include every attached certificate.

Delete from Settings → Account, or request deletion without the app. Everything is erased within 30 days. Export first if you may need the records.

CPE Vault signs you in with Google. If sign-in loops or fails, check that CPE Vault still has access in your Google account permissions, then try again.

Bodies change their rules, and some apply them case by case. Tell us the certification, the rule you expected and a link to the body's policy, and we will check it.

No. CPE Vault is an independent tracker. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ISC2, ISACA, PMI, EC-Council, CompTIA or any certification body, and it does not submit credits to them. Your body's portal remains the official record. The app gives you a one-tap copy card with each field in the order their forms ask for.
